Step by Step Instructions

  1. Design the Robot:
    1. Talk about what makes a robot unique (arms, head, buttons, etc.).
    2. Encourage kids to sketch or imagine their robot’s design.
  2. Build the Base:
    1. Use boxes and tubes as the robot’s body, head, and limbs.
    2. Tape or glue pieces together to form the basic shape.
  3. Add Features:
    1. Wrap some parts in aluminum foil for a metallic effect.
    2. Glue bottle caps and buttons as "controls" or "eyes."
    3. Attach googly eyes for extra fun.
  4. Decorate:
    1. Use markers or paint to add designs, patterns, or robot "features."
    2. Give the robot a name and personality!
